1.Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, may not be eligible for return. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

2.Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once you receive your RMA number, carefully package the items to be returned. Include the original receipt and any other documents received with the order.
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.

3.Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

4.Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
